24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel your training appointment or

your package will be charged a session. Rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice must be

rescheduled for the same week to save that session. Rescheduled sessions are based on availability of the

trainer. Any cancellation within 12 hours will be charged no matter what. This does not change whether

you are training by yourself or with another person. Your next training session will be confirmed at the end

of every workout. This policy is in place to give you an incentive to not miss your session, ensure results, and

protect the trainer from lost revenue as this is our income. Thank you in advance for your compliance.
