Every program is developed specifically for you based on your athletic and fitness goals. You will receive a specially developed program using the latest science based techniques to take you to the next level.  Once you have chosen a specific program, you will be contacted via email to develop a needs analysis based on what you are trying to accomplish. After your information is received, I will design your program personally and email it back to you within 5 business days.

Fitness Evolution has trained top level athletes in football, baseball, softball, basketball, wrestling, mixed martial arts, soccer, volleyball, cross country, and track and field.  Every sport requires a unique combination of strength, agility and conditioning.  We design pre-season, in-season, post-season and off-season programs to meet the performance and recovery needs specific to your sport.


Development in a specific sport requires analysis of the activity itself and evaluation of the athlete. The analysis includes elements such as movement analysis, physiological analysis, injury analysis, cardiovascular endurance, power, strength, speed, agility and flexibility. The evaluation of the athlete involves current condition of athlete, injuries, and experience. After the data has been collected, the program can be designed specifically to the athlete to promote the desired outcome. All sports are welcome.
