Fitness Evolution is a 1900 sq ft strength and conditioning facility located in St John, Indiana. The facility opened up January 4, 2010. It is owned and operated by Luke Triveline. You will have access to front row parking right in front of the facility, so no long walks in inclement weather. You will have use of the restroom and amenities as well. Inside the facility, there is a vast amount of exercise equipment that is used to constantly vary the type of training. The equipment you use will depend on your level of fitness and will gradually increase the more conditioned you become.
Each client receives individual attention and will be taken through workouts specifically catered to their goals. Fitness Evolution welcomes a variety of clients ranging from young beginners, current athletes, to adults looking to improve their health and fitness levels. It does not matter your current physical fitness state, your workout will be based on what you are capable of and will progress from there.
When it comes to athletic development, a properly designed program can make a bad athlete better, a good athlete great, and a great athlete unstoppable. Talent alone will only take you so far, strength and conditioning will put you above and beyond everyone around you.
The workouts are designed to be 45-60 minutes in length depending on how quickly you move through the workout. Sessions will vary each time with increasing mode and intensity. You will receive proper instruction on every exercise movement and piece of equipment used. Constant supervision of workout is used to ensure safety and correct form is being applied.
Hours of operation are from 7am-8pm Monday through Thursday, Friday 7am-Noon. Weekend mornings are available upon request but depend on trainer availability. The scheduling of clients is dependent on a first-come first-serve basis and can be scheduled one week ahead of time.
Packages are available for individual and small group training. There is NO INITIATION FEE OR MONTHLY FEE. Sessions are sold as individual sessions or as packages of 2-14 and 15 or more.
